Reserve your property

An apartment can be reserved on payment of a 1'000 GBP reservation fee; this is
refundable against the initial deposit for the property only;
In case you purchase an apartment and a parking the reservation fee is unique
just add it when you completed the Reservation Agreement;
Reservation payments can be made by banking transfer to us. See details

Status definition
Reserved: We received reservation details by email
Booked: We received the reservation fee and the Reservation Agreement
Sold: We received the first instalment payment
Not Available: Can be sold under particular request
Available: Free
Internal area: The apartments, the parking and the shops will constitute
individual property.
Common area: The other areas constituting the common property will be allocated pro-rata
to each apartment/ parking / shop.
Balcony: The outside roofed area part of the individual property
Veranda: The outside non roofed area part of the individual property
